The most difficult part about making pineapple tarts is having to decide on the variety of recipes. I decided to take bits from recipes from the net, cookbooks etc and come up with what I think should be the ideal pineapple tart for me.
The nice thing about these tarts is the crunchy cornflakes topping. If you have a favorite pineapple tart recipe, try it with the topping. It makes a world difference to an ordinary pineapple tart.
