I had good fun making this tonight.
I love how the cream, cheeries & ganache spills over each other and create such beautiful contrasting colors. I recently heard a song called 'A Beautifull Mess' which was dedicated to Lina and Jeori on their Dutch wedding night. In food terms, this is what it looks like.
