My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. It kind of sets the mood for the day. Today, I decided to dress up the usual breakfast ingredients. Thaw the hashbrowns slightly and push them carefully into a chicken pie tin. Bake the hashbrown for 15 mins in a 180C oven and crack an egg onto the hashbrown. Put the whole thing back into the oven for another 10 mins or until the egg sets. Don't forget a dash of black pepper. The taste, sensational. The eggs add a nice moisture to the hashbrowns and yet crispy on the outside. I think I am going to be a very happy person today.
