Any baker would have stocked bars and bars of chocolate in their fridge waiting to be transformed into a brownie or a decadent chocolate cake. Today I didn't feel like going the extra mile to make cream and shift my flour hence a brownie is almost the easiest thing to put together. Due to the intensity of the chocolate, there could almost be no mistake. I gave it a little twist by adding a dash of Irish cream half the brownie disappeared before it made it to the cooling rack.
