Mini Chiffon Cake

Pink Chiffon with Pink Chocolate Swirls



If you have successfully baked a chiffon cake, you can almost create your own recipe. This recipe is based on a basic chiffon cake recipe. To achieve the taste and color, I added a couple of drops of  pink color and a dash of strawberry essence for flavor. The pink chocolate swirls were bought ready made from a bakery shop. A little tip from a fellow baker I spoke you at one the local baking workshop. She advised me to use a cake tester to go around batter to get rid of the air bubbles before popping the pan in the oven. It worked wonders. Thank you so much for the tip.
