Upsized Cinnamon Rolls


This is my first bread making experience. I obviously underestimated the leavening effect of yeast which resulted in the up sized cinnamon roll. It could pass off as a modern art version of cinnamon roll which taste fantastic. Look at how lovely it has risen. The nice thing about this bread is that the cinnamon will be lingering in the air for the day. I enjoyed kneading the dough (by hand). It will cure any amount of stress. For all the work that went into the roll, I could do with an upsized version with a nice cup of freshly brewed coffee..
