For all those tart lovers out there. Stop what you are doing because this is by far the best coconut tarts that has ever had the pleasure of crossing my palate! Anna, the "one layer" pastry was just the right thickness and the creamy filling had just the right amount of coconut. Best eaten with top notch vanilla ice cream!
