Halloween Treats

Mango Delight

My first go at wrapping chocolate around the cake. It was a delightful experience indeed as I get to eat all the left over chocolate. I didn't have enough mango to fill up the cake so these cherry apples filled up the gap beautifully. I decided later that coating these mini apples with chocolate add a nice contrast to the mango and makes it look less like a fruit cocktail.
